The Arizona LeadingAge Fall Prevention & Training Program was built to provide comprehensive and ongoing education to aging services providers.

 

Each module presents a deep-dive into fall prevention, specific department approaches to fall prevention, and fall recovery through powerpoints, resources, and a quiz.

 

After completion of the following modules with a quiz score at or greater than 75% with no more than two attempts an individual is eligible to attempt the final exam to receive a certificate.
