Speaker Bio: BRUCE BERLIN, BS

Bruce Berlin has over 25 years’ experience in the senior housing industry and 10 years’ experience in the hotel industry. Bruce is currently the President of Prioriteams, a leadership training and development company specializing in strengthening and guiding teams to high levels of performance through interactive training workshops, purpose-driven retreats, and leadership coaching. Bruce created Prioriteams to devote more time to his greatest vocational passions of training leaders and building healthy teams and organizations.  Bruce has spoken on leadership, organizational development & quality improvement as a keynote and educational session speaker at many LeadingAge national and state (Illinois, California, Florida, and Maine/New Hampshire) conferences as well as the Association for Healthcare Foodservice national conferences.  Bruce has Bachelor degrees in Business Management from Santa Clara University and in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Bruce is also a graduate of Disney’s Institute training (Approach to Business Excellence, Approach to Human Resources Management, and Approach to Quality Service), the Ritz Carlton Leadership Center (The Ritz Carlton Executive Education Series and Legendary Service at Ritz Carlton), and Dale Carnegie Training (Leadership Training for Managers and Effective Communication & Human Relations Skills).  Bruce is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a member of the National Speakers Association, and Society for Human Resources Management. Bruce has been the Chair of the LeadingAge Florida Education Committee since 2019.
