Diane Eckles is currently the Bureau Chief over Long Term Care Licensing at the Arizona Department of Health Services. She has been with the Department for 31 years – mostly working in regulatory positions and has been with Long Term Care Licensing for 3 years. Since retirement is near, she would like to see all long-term care facilities deficiency-free and with zero complaints and self-reports! In her spare time, she enjoys going for a long walk or hike while listening to a good audiobook!
