Debbie has worked in the senior living industry since 1995. She began her experience within the senior living industry as a volunteer in the activity department at the age of 12. Since then, Debbie gained her Master of Social Work and Certificate in Gerontology from Arizona State University. For over 20 years, she worked as the Social Service Coordinator at Weyrich Health Care Center at Westminster Village where she worked in coordination with the interdisciplinary team on formulating, facilitating, and implementing admissions and discharge plans.  In 2019, Debbie moved to Assisted Living Manager of Saxton Assisted Living at Westminster Village. As Assisted Living Manager, she coordinated the delivery of exceptional resident care by evaluating workflows and facilitating positive program changes. Debbie continued to work in coordination with the interdisciplinary team within Independent Living and Weyrich Health Care Center on welcoming residents in Saxton Assisted Living. Debbie currently works as Admission Coordinator for Catholic Care Centers, a senior living community in Bel Aire, Kansas.
