Aging Services Providers will need tools to respond to the unintended consequences of the pandemic on residents and family members. A period of recovery will be needed to rebuild relationships, trust, and connection. The focus of this session is to help providers revitalize the culture of their care by incorporating expressive touch into the culture of care.
