ALL CEU'S - REQUIRED POST-TEST FOR EACH SESSION

NOTE:  THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CEUs THAT MAY BE EARNED IN ONE 24 HOUR PERIOD IS LIMITED TO EIGHT (8) CREDIT HOURS.

To receive CEU credit you will need to complete a 5-question post-test.

• questions will cover content from the video session

• one question will appear at a time

• answers will be multiple choice

• you will know immediately if your answer is right or wrong

• jot down on paper your answers, you may need to retake, and will want to keep track of your correct answers

• after completing the 5-question post-test, you will be given your score

• you must score a four of better on the post-test

• you will be given the opportunity to re-take the post-test, you will need to answer all 5 questions again

• you have no more than 3 attempts of the post-test
