Speaker Bio: BHAKTI GOSALIA, MSW, MHA
Caring for aging patients has come to the forefront over the last year, as we have worked to protect those who were identified as the most at-risk during the pandemic.
Bhakti Gosalia, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for Sun Health Communities and serves as Board Chair and President of LeadingAge Arizona has been in the senior living field for more than 25 years.

After obtaining her Master’s degree in Social work she was inspired to work in the field of health care. She further advanced her career with Master’s in Health Administration, and senior living become her passion.
She is a key member of Sun Health’s senior leadership team, providing strategic guidance and influencing the successful operations of three life care communities in the Northwest Valley - Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village and The Colonnade. These three communities serve more than 1,200 residents and have more than 600 team members who thrive under her guidance.
Bhakti’s dedication to seniors was at an all-time high with her leadership during the pandemic.
Along with routine operations, she was on the forefront of measures to stop the pandemic with her efforts to provide COVID-19 vaccines to residents and Sun Health team members playing a vital role in protecting those she serves.
She has also been the recipient of many awards including recognition for her work through Arizona LeadingAge(Award of Honor).
When not at work Bhakti can be found gardening and practicing Yoga. She and her family love to travel and she looks forward to packing her bags for a new adventure when safe to do so again.
