Rebecca Neth Townsend has served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Covenant Health Network (CHN), a nonprofit Post-Acute Integrated Delivery System, encompassing 111 senior care facilities in five states which also owns and operates a full spectrum of post-acute service lines, including home health, home care, hospice, LTC pharmacy, comprehensive rehab, palliative care, and care transitions management. Rebecca continues to serve as a consultant to CHN. She has had experience in the design of projects. She also serves as the managing partner for Covenant Health Alliance of Pennsylvania (CHAPa), a clinically integrated organization designed to participate in value-based purchasing agreements. Rebecca was previously served as strategic officer for the 5th largest NFP retirement organization, as a hospital administrator and operations director and has spoken at LeadingAge conferences, nationally, internationally, and state associations. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Seattle Pacific and her Master of Business Administration and Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago.
