Speaker Bio: COLE MARVIN, NHA, MBA

Cole joined Life Care Services in 1998 upon earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University’s long-term health care administration program. Cole moved to Hawaii to be the administrator at One Kalakaua Senior Living, a condominium based Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Honolulu. While there he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community in addition to performing several short-term assignments at other CCRC’s on the mainland. Prior to leaving Hawaii, he earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Cole moved to Arizona in 2007 to work for Friendship Village of Tempe as the Assistant Executive Director. In 2011, he was promoted to Executive Director at Friendship Village of Tempe. Cole served as a board member of LeadingAge Arizona from 2008 to 2018 holding various officer roles concluding with Board President.
