Caregiver demographics are changing and today, many millennials are taking on complex caregiving roles. This session will provide the learner with strategies to assist the Millennial caregiver in meeting his or her caregiving needs. The session identifies the specific issues that millennials face, such as exclusion from peer groups, managing debt, time management, workplace discrimination, emotional stress and fatigue, and other issues, and offers resources that are available for each of these. Additionally, approaches that employers can utilize to help their Millennial caregivers to be successful will be offered.
